Have you heard of LuLaRoe? LuLaRoe is a direct sales company – you know, where consultants sign up to sell products via parties and such? It’s been very popular the last year or so, and it’s pretty easy to see why. Their products are SOOO soft and they have items like tunics and leggings that are very flattering, regardless of your size. LuLaRoe leggings are on-trend for Fall and Winter, but some of their prints can be a little overwhelming to try to style. Keep reading for some tips on how to style printed LuLaRoe leggings!
How To Style Printed LuLaRoe Leggings
I occasionally get in LuLaRoe pieces from closet clean-outs, but they typically sell pretty quickly. Right now I only have this one pair of blue polka dotted LuLaRoe leggings. I’ve had a few clients comment that they love the print but have no idea what they would wear with them. (Hello, post idea!)
For the first outfit option, I simply went with a long chambray shirt. Wearing a tunic-length shirt is an easy way to style leggings, and you can’t really go wrong with chambray. It goes with everything! (No, seriously…) Black flats help to dress them up a little, or you can always go with a simple sneaker or slip-on if you want to keep it casual.
The other outfit I put together for this post utilizes a long, thin sweater from Banana Republic, layered with a stylish denim jacket. The long sweater covers the booty and therefore some of the print. The denim jacket adds another element of style and breaks up the white a bit. You can wear the black flats again, or if this is still a little too much pattern for you, go with a calf-high boot like these. That will cover even more of the pattern, giving you enough to be on-trend (and comfortable!) without being 100% out of your comfort zone.
I want to know: Have you tried any LuLaRoe pieces? What were your thoughts? If you haven’t, would you be up to the challenge of wearing something this eye-catching? Let me know in the comments! I’d love to hear from you!
